This is a new cover from old stock. The duravent material is a mildew resistant and UV-treated material, the cover is completely waterproof and very light, about 1/3 the weight of a canvas or vinyl cover. It has a draw string at the bottom to secure the cover to the cart and also comes with tote bag.
