Clear Creek Tahoe

One of the most breathtaking courses in the area, tucked within the mountains surrounding Lake Tahoe, Clear Creek Tahoe is a one-of-a-kind private course. The course was designed by legendary golf enthusiasts and features practice facilities, a unique setting, and beautiful mountain views.

The Club at Arrowcreek

Sitting in the southern hills of Reno, The Club at Arrowcreek offers golfers a private, dual-course golf experience. Designed by Arnold Palmer, Arrowcreek has been one of the most unique golf experiences in Reno since 1999. As a private club, the course is there for members to enjoy an evening on the course after work, a weekend morning looking over the city, and a beautiful place for its neighborhood folks to escape their everyday life.

Montreux

Nestled in towering pine trees at the base of the Sierras, Montreux’s eighteen holes are unlike any other course in the region. Home to the annual Barracuda Championship from 1999 to 2019, the private course is perfect to enjoy at any level. Montreux has been named one of The Golden Bear’s Top 5 Favorite Courses and is often thought of as many golfer’s “favorite place to play.”

Hidden Valley

Standing strong since 1956 and undergoing a full redesign just 20 years ago, Hidden Valley Country Club is a beautiful course among mature trees, views of the mountains, and lights from the city. Local golfers enjoy this private 74.1 rated course and all of the amenities this private club has to offer its members.

Somersett

Rolling with the hills of the Somersett neighborhood, Somersett Golf & Country Club is a private course enjoyed by golfers in the neighborhood. The club offers many amenities to golfers like a full length driving range, a putting green, a chipping green with multiple bunkers, and a beautiful indoor short game practice arena, and its eighteen holes and over 7,000 yards have been enjoyed by folks for nearly 20 years.

Martis Camp

Martis Camp’s Tom Fazio Golf Course is truly a Lake Tahoe luxury experience. Sitting on the clear alpine Martis Creek, this course offers breathtaking views of the Tahoe region, its mature landscape, and natural topography. Forbes has stated that Martis Camp is “Possibly the best four-season private community in the U.S,” and there’s no question that anyone who steps on this course will feel like a pro.

Lahontan

Designed by Tom Weiskopf, Lahontan Golf Course calls Truckee, CA its home. This eighteen hole championship course was designed to challenge golfers, encouraging them to strategize their game and improve their skills. Its beautiful design and detailed features fit perfectly with the natural beauty of Truckee that surrounds it.

Schaffer’s Mill

Set between Truckee and crystal blue Lake Tahoe, Schaffer’s Mill is often considered one of the best courses in the Lake Tahoe region. Located in Truckee, CA, Schaffer’s is a Par 71 course with stunning views of Martis Valley, Lookout Mountain, and the Carson Range.

Old Greenwood & Gray’s Crossing

Two courses that call Truckee home, Old Greenwood Golf Club and Gray’s Crossing both sit on the same property offering 36 holes in total. Old Greenworld is filled with towering trees near the mountains, while Gray’s Crossing lies in a mountain meadow in the shadows of beautiful surrounding mountains.

Graeagle Meadows

Just one hour from Reno and Tahoe, Graeagle Meadows sits in beautiful Plumas County in the town of Graeagle. Eighteen holes surrounded by plenty of water and tall, mature trees, Graeagle Meadows is known as one of the “Best Places to Play” according to Golf Digest. Most of the golfers who frequent the course say it’s the ultimate golf getaway.
